note: lvl shows pokemons pokedex level/physical level, pwr shows pokemons ability level. 100 is a newborn starter's power and 5000 is a random mystical  pokemons or pseudo legendaries power. Jirachi, Celebi, Mew, Mewtwo and Victini are considered as mystical pokemons. Legendary pokemons like Dialga, Rayquaza, Giratina, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Zekrom, Lunala, Xerneas are accepted as 8000+ power level. Arceus' power level is unknown
