Blue's Pov

When we got back to the campsite, SO many of the ships were together. I literally squealed, and Green made another comment about fandoms.

I brushed it off and looked at the couples. Gold's talking to Crys about something that was making her blush. Ruby and Sapphire are standing by each other, faces competing with Silver's hair.

"SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I GOTS TO KNOWS WHAT IT IS!" I thought to myself.

Then Emerald walked over there, which calmed them. I mentally pouted at him for ruining the moment.

Platinum and Diamond walked into the campsite holding hands, with Diamond blushing, and Platinum has a big smile on her face.

Unfortunately, Black and White are treating each other like they usually do, pretending that their feelings weren't there, and Red and Yellow are kind of ignoring each other.

Now we're just waiting for X and Y to come back. I don't really know them at all, but I can already tell that their close and need a little push to realize they like each other... Okay, a really, really, really big push.

It seems like everyone knows the feelings of a shipping before the pair themselves know their feelings for each other, which is frustrating because then I have to work to get them together.

X and Y walked into the campsite. the only different thing is that X had a "Deep in thought" expression. Thinking about confessing maybe❤️???

"Keep it PG guys!!!" Sapphire shouted. I looked to see who she was yelling at, and saw how close their faces were.

"OMA!!!! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THEIR A COUPLE NOW!!! O! M! A!! THANK YOU ARCEUS!!!" I had a mental fangirl moment... Anyways, only about a second had passed, so I said, "Yeah, guys, there are children present." Motioning to X and Y. "Did you two find anything good?" I asked.

"Yes, Blue." Y whispered as she brushed her bangs out of her face.

"No need to be formal, just call me 'Blue'" I instructed sweetly.

"Okay." The duo replied.

I began to walk off, but then turned back around. "Put what you found over there by the rest of the stuff. We plan on heading out in the morning." I explained.

"When was that decided?" Green asked once the two went to put the things away.

"About as soon as then said they found stuff." I answered.

Sapphire's Pov

"They're gonna come back for us, aren't they?" I asked quietly. Everyone stayed silent, and I knew the answer.

They'll come back, and they'll come for each one of us. There's no way around it.

I felt someone's hand on my shoulder, and looked to see who's it was. It was Ruby. He looked at me with warm eyes.

"Even if they do, we'll fight back." Ruby said. "It's what we do. We fight evil for a living."

"Kind of." Someone said after a moment. I didn't pay attention to who's voice it was.

"How many life-or-death situations have us dexholders gone through? And how many have we lived through? A lot, and all of them." Ruby continued. "We're not going to stop that streak."
