i was sitting under the brigde petting stoutland. something was off... and i couldnt tell Litten... speaking of litten came and brought back a donut, i still had my lunch so i was good. i looked at the tree right next to the bridge it's leaves were falling off. "So, whats wrong, what did you find out?" Littn asked breaking me out of my thoughts.

"hes... hes sick ok?" i told them. "how about you practice Fire Fang? maybe that will make him feel better." i said and litten nodded.

"not like that..." Stoutland said suprzing me. he jumpped off the couch and used fire fang on the birch wood log i'd brought... another leaf fell off...

"Stoutland! you could hurt your self doing that!" i said as he started couphing. i put him back on the couch and let litten get back on to their training which they tried on somethig i wasnt quite sure was... he almost perfected the move...

"Hey stoutland!, y/n! how is he?" Ash asked and i looked towards him

"great its Him again..." Litten mumbled.

"hes... Hes a little sick at the moment" i told Ash.

"so, Litten i see youre learning Fire fang." Ash said and Stoutland couphed

"that sounded Bad Y/n, are you sure theyre ok?" Ash asked.

"Just a... little cold is all." i said looking away

ash offered some berries and Litten threw a fire ball at him. "LITTEN!" both me and Stoutland shouted.

"sorry." litten mumbled

"its not us you should be apolising too." Stoutland said as i helped ash out.

"i see litten hasnt changed a bit huh?" 

"NOPE!" p/n said.

school ended and i was walking with Ash. we decided to visit litten, but what we werent expecting was that Litten came to us... as team rocket was attacking us "Y/N, BOY, PLEASE HELP! ITS STOUTLAND!" lITTEN CIRED AND I PICKED THEM UP

"Litten whats wrong?" Ash asked.

"Stoutland..." i wispered rembering the tree, Stoutlands Dying... and i couldnt bear to tell them... any of them...

we ran away from team rocket to their little place i knealed at stoutland's side... still breathing... but it was so labored. "Ash, please, help me carry him" i said picking him up by his front

"sont worry Litten, we'll get him to a pokemon center right away." Ash told Litten. 

"you two are going to try and carry them?" Rotom asked.

"of course, this is stoutland." i said.

"huh, stoutlands not that heavy." Ash said.

"youre right... hes not..." i said. me and ash carryed the big guy down to the pokemon center. i held on to Litten as they made checked on him. litten kept pawing at the window. P/n stared at  Stoutland as well. the light above his room turned off and litten ran in with P/n

"stoutland isnt hurt." nurse joy said.

"hes dying r-right?" i asked tearing up.

"i'm sorry, but yes" she said and my tears fell. i didnt want to hear the truth, i know litten didnt want to hear the truth.

"i wonder, do you think Litten knows?' ash asked.

"i think Litten can sense the truth." Nurse joy said.

"they just dont want to beleave it.."  i said wiping my tears i called up grandpa. "Grandpa, i want to stay with my freinds, Ash, Litten, Pikachu and Stoutland, for the night is that ok?"

"If it makes you Hap-eevee, Stay safe Burmy." he said and i smiled.

"youu too." i said and hung up.

i had fallen asleep on the bed when i heard the door reopen. "hey, guys i brought back... huh?" ash asked as i opend my eyes... they both were gone... MY ONE JOB!  

"A_ASH I"M SORRY I FELL ASLEEP!" i said. as we both ran out.

"consitering stoutland's condision, they cant go far."

"I know where they went, lets go!" Ash saaid and i nodded.we were stopped by Meowth standing in front of us. "its meowth... Hey, what do you want?" Ash asked.

"i doubt you'd want a fight if youre alone... ita about litten isnt it?" i asked

"i got a bone to pick with the four of you" Meowth said." Littens the kind of pokemon that never gives up. You twerps better not give up on Litten, Capisce?"

"Capisce"i said.

"what are you two talking about?" Ash asked.

"i'm done. Dont Forget" Meowth said running

"man that was weird..." Ash said.

"no time for that right now, we have to find  Stoutland and Litten." i said... the clouds were covering the moon so it was slightly harder to see... 

we couldnt find them that night,  the next day was extremely cloudy, and after school, it was rianing when we went to their last known location other than th pokecenter, Litten was cying for stoutland... i ran from where i was and gave it a big hug, litten held on to me as we both started crying... Ash and Proffesor Kakui were watching us, i let litten go and they sat on the couch i stood up, soaked from the rain and pet their head before standing with ash and kakui... i hated the fact i knew what they were saying, i hated the fact i couldn't d anything to help... i cried under Ashes umbrella. he put a hand on my back and i looked at him.

"lets go to the market, get some berries for litten." Ash suggested and i nodded wiping the tears out of my eyes.

it felt like it rained for days, everyone was worried about how i became a mute again... i kept visiting litten because i felt this pain all to well... ash and i spent second night with litten, it was ok with my grandpa and the professor, the morining was beautiful, a rainbow near us. i smiled slightly

i saw litten grab the berry and shove it towards ash sho did the same towards litten... it became this weird game where pikachu and p/n'd eyes followed it...
