At lunchtime, Mai wasn't alone like before, but everyone called her to sit on their lunch tables and some even flirted with her. 

"Hey, new girl! Come here!"

"Sup, girl? Wanna come with me for dinner, tonight?"

"Mess with Aiko! Mess with Aiko!"

"Wanna join in?"

"Hey, gorgeous. Can I have your number?" 

"Come sit at our ROCK table!" one of the student called out. "ROCK is comprised of the starting letter of our names. R is Riku, O is Olivia, who came from Canada, C is Chikako and K is Kiyoshi. I am Chikako, and you can join us!"

"No, thanks. But we can keep in touch." Mai said, smoothly. "See ya guys later."

Mai was searching for Anzu and her friend, Yuko, the prominent figure in school. She finally spotted them and began to move towards their table.

"Hey, do you mind if I join in?" Mai said, kindly.

"Umm... Sure?" Yuko said, hesitantly. Mai was kind of surprised that Yuko wasn't skeptical towards anyone like she was today.

"Oh, hi! I am Anzu Hideaki and this is my bestest friend in the whole world, Yuko Yamashita! She is kind, generous and the popular girl in the whole school." Anzu said very quickly, but quick enough that Mai can understand suitably.

"So, you met Aiko? And.... you know everything about her? Her decency and all?" Yuko said, undecided.

"Yes, and I am Mai." She stretched out her hand and Yuko shook her hand firmly.

"Mai, I am sorry that I was kinda scared because I expected that you would act like before.." Yuko replied.

"It is okay." Mai said "I am always like that in the first day of school if someone harass me like that." She practically lied. She didn't want to tell about the potion and past, so she had to lie. Is this the reason? She shouldn't have said that!

"Okay we can be friends, but we both don't like bullying and all so it is better you don't have to mess with us, otherwise we would report Sir Hiroshi, the Principal of this school." Yuko and Anzu said and Mai nodded in agreement.
