"ETHAN SALVADOR'S P.O.V."

My name is Ethan Salvador, I work in BPO at night and in the morning, I work part-time in a pet shop. I live with my granny, who took care of me when I was a little.

"Good morning, Lola," I greeted her when I saw her on the sofa watching her favorite morning show.

"Good morning too, Apo (Grandson), your breakfast is ready. I finished eating too." She said while still watching on the TV.

"Thanks Lola, Is that Joanne your favorite news anchor?" I asked her while I started to eat my breakfast.

"Yes, I like her, she's very beautiful even though she's at the age of 50s" She replies and smiled at me.

"How's your work Apo?" She asked me.

"Oh, so far so good Lola," I replied.

While on TV, the arrival of the grandson of the richest business person in the Philippines, Baek-Hyun, was announced.

"Baekhyun who's that?" I said, when my cellphone rang and I saw the name on the screen.

"Jan" and I immediately picked up my phone and answer him.

"Hey, Mr. Sy how are you?" I said.

While at the airport where all the media and press were waiting for Baek-Hyun's arrival, until Baek-Hyun came out of the door and took off his shades. Because of that, they stumbled down just to take pictures of the Kpop Idol.

"It's been a long time Philippines, I miss you Philippines," he said.

"Sir, this way, your Halmeoni is waiting for you." The bodyguard said. While his fans are shouting and taking pictures of him.

When he was inside the car, his grandma greeted him.

"Hangug-eseo pilipin-eulo ganeun bihaeng-gineun annyeonghasibnikka? (How is your flight from Korea to the Philippines?)"

"Halmeoni! (Grandma)" he said and he immediately hugged his grandma.

"Let's go, your Harabeoji (Grandpa) is waiting for you." His Grandma said and he nood his head.

Going back to Ethan...

"There you are!" I said when I saw my friend at the coffee shop.

"Thanks for coming dude. How are you? Oh, you must try this coffee." My friend said.

"Sure, looks cool!" Ethan replies and replied to him with a smile.

"Anyway, what's that important thing that you need to say?" I said.

"I want you to invite you to my bachelors party," he said.

"Jan, you know me. I don't like parties and one more thing, I'm sure Kirby will be there. And Thank you for not changing the way you treat me. Even though you guys know that I'm gay," I said.

"Ethan, You are all my friends. I don't care if you are gay, or even if you're an alien. I am still your friend. That won't change. So please, or else Gabriela and I will sulk with you." He said, using his cute face.

"Alright dude, ill go, but I'll keep my distance from Kirby." I replied, and he offers his fist at me, then said.

"Fist bump" and ill do the same.

"Hi sir, this is your coffee. Enjoy!" The crew said while he winked at me, then I smiled and replied.

"Thanks!"

"Flirty!" Jan said while bantering on me.

"What? I didn't do anything?" I said while the crew was smiling at us.

"Don't forget that on Tuesday, okay?" Jan reminded me. I just nod my head for my reply and I take a sip at my coffee.

ON THE NEXT DAY...

I went to a supermarket to buy things for the house. When suddenly I bumped into a man.

"Are you okay bro?" He asked me.

Then I just smiled and replied, "Yeah, I'm okay."

"Hwasilhanikka? Gwaenchanh-a? (Are you sure, you, okay?)" He said. But I didn't understand him, so I decided to walk away from that man.

"He's Korean, because he speaks Korean! GOSH! What is happening to me?" I said to myself.

Then I continued my business at the supermarket.

In the other part of the story, at Baek-Hyun's Grandfather's mansion.

"He must continue the legacy; he was my first grandson of my firstborn son." Baekhyun's Grandfather said while they were at the dining table.

"We understand that, but –." Baekhyun's grandmother didn't finish what she had to say when Baek-Hyun's younger sister, Jin Ae, suddenly broke in the conversation.

"Wait, Harabeoji. I can do it." Jin Ae said.

But her grandparents just looked at each other.

Back to Ethan, While I was in the parking lot of a mall, I suddenly heard someone asking for help. And I quickly put my groceries inside my car and looked for the woman asking for help.

Until I saw her being held by a man wearing a bonnet and with a gun pointed at his head, at the same time the thief said.

"Give me your cellphone, or I will kill you!" The thief said.

While I was hiding in the back of the car, I suddenly saw the Korean guy I bumped into earlier at the grocery store. He helped the woman. Then he kicked the thief, causing him to lose consciousness. When suddenly the woman hit him, he had helped earlier.

"This is a trap?" I said, then I slowly step backward, and slowly my ears change.

While the Korean guy fell on the ground and lost consciousness.

"Stand up, I got him!" The woman said, and the thief slowly stood up and said.

"Are you sure this is the person that our boss was asking?" The man said.

"Yes, he's the grandson of a famous and rich business person. Because of him, we will get rich. I'm sure his grandfather will give anything for this man." The woman said.

When suddenly they hear a clapping noise from nowhere.

"What's that?" The guy said.

"I don't know who you are?" the woman said.

"Show yourself, who are you!" The guy said, and he was surprised at what they saw.

"Your wishes are my command!" The creature said, when they saw a man with a mask and his tail was wagging.

"The Shadow?" They said while stammering and obviously afraid of what they were seeing.

"Release that man, or else you guys will experience my wrath!" I said as I warned them.

But the man immediately rushed at me and tried to stab me with the knife that he was holding. But I used my ability to become invisible.

At Baek Hyun's Grandfather's mansion...

"You will help your brother on this mission, and these are the abilities of a Sigben." And her grandfather explained to her the abilities of a Sigben.

"The Sigbin, mythology is said to come out at night to suck the blood of victims from their Shadows. It is said to walk backwards, and its head lowered between its hind legs. And to have the ability to become invisible.

-it resembles a hornless goat, but has very large ears which it can clap like a pair of hands. A flexible tail that can be used as a whip."

Back to Ethan and Baek-Hyun...

I used my tail as a whip, and I hit them with my tail. Before I show myself to the thief, I called the police and gave them the location. In a few minutes, the police arrived at the place, then they saw me fighting at the two thieves while the Korean guy was still unconscious. Until a police officer opened fire and shouted.

"Stop!"

The two thieves quickly knelt down and raised their hands, then said,

"We surrender! Please don't kill us!" they said. And I moved backwards, then in a blink of their eyes I became invisible to the people in that place.

"Ethan!" The police officer said while his eyes wandered all over the place.

They immediately call a medic to help the Korean guy, and they sent him to the hospital for checking.
