This is my OC, Skycrusher. He normally has earrings, but I forgot to give him an ear... Oops.

Anyways, commence with how he found the egg! (it's the brown and white speckled egg, by the way)

Skycrusher was flying through the dense jungle, feeling his wings hit against the different flora. He had never gotten accustomed to the thick jungle, no matter how hard he tried. His wings beat furiously, in tune with his frustration. Suddenly, his wing hit something hard. But it wasn't hard like vines, no.. This felt like a dragon egg. The NightWing ignored it, no egg could possibly be in this thicket. He was about to fly off and away when he felt a small vibration coming through the vines. He knew that it was more than likely an egg at this point. Skycrusher dug through the thick vines until he came across something round, smooth, and clammy to the touch. He gently lifted it into his talons and pulled it out. The eggs strange appearance twinged his curiosity, as he had never seen one quite like it. He turned it over in his talons a few times, supporting it with his wings. He was unsure how to warm it properly, so he shot a small burst of flame at the little egg. He knew that with his animus magic, he could find the mother immediately. But no. He couldn't. He wouldn't. He wanted the egg for himself. And so with a quick glance around him, fearful anyone would see, he took off, the egg coming with him.

Oooh, drama, right? Skycrusher is a good dragon, but everyone has that selfish twinge, do they not?
