So this came out yesterday I believe.

The trailer didn't reveal everything, there's a lot more information on the Sword and Shield website than in the video. Here are some of my thoughts:
-Galarian Slowbro looks sick. It's a Poison-Psychic type too, which is neat.
-The Galarian birds are pretty cool too. I wish they showed up for a bit longer in the trailer though, I still don't really know what they look like.
-Regieleki and Regidrago are such terrible names. Regilectric and Regidrake sound much better. I don't think there's any reason for these to exist. I'm perfectly fine with having just 4 Regis.
-Also can we talk about how Regidrago literally has a Charizard skull as its arms? As if there wasn't enough Charizard fan service already.
-I'm glad they made G-Max forms for the other Kanto starters, because it's weird that they only gave Charizard a G-Max form. They're ok I guess, but I don't really remember what they look like.
-Urshifu is gonna be so busted in the competitive scene, especially Rapid Strike form (who isn't 4x weak to Fairy moves). Urshifu's signature ability Unseen Fist allows any moves that make contact to hit through Protect. Single strike's signature move Wicked Blow is a guaranteed critical hit, while Rapid Strike's signature move Surging Strikes hits 3 times, each one a guaranteed critical hit. Lastly, their G-Max moves hit through Protect... and Max Guard. Totally balanced!
-Speaking of signature moves and abilities, every new Pokémon they're introducing into the DLC has a signature move, ability, or both. I can't tell you how much I hate this trend. A Pokémon doesn't need to have a special move and/or ability to make it unique. Also, a lot of these signature moves/abilities are ridiculously strong. For example, look at the paragraph about Urshifu. Galarian Slowbro's signature move, Side Shell Arm, uses Slowbro's Special Attack and does damage to the target's lower defense stat. Galarian Articuno's signature move, Freezing Glare, is a Psychic type move with the chance to freeze (and also a misnomer, which is annoying). Also also, the names for these new signature moves/abilities are getting worse. Side Shell Arm? Dragon Energy? Really? That's the best you could come up with?
To clarify, I'm not against signature moves or abilities. I'm against the frequency of these on the more recent generations of Pokémon. It diminishes the value of something that's supposed to be "signature".
-And finally, Calyrex. I forgot to mention it earlier, and for good reason. They hardly released any information about it. I don't like it. Psychic-Grass isn't a very good typing, and its only ability is Unnerve (a lousy ability), which is ridiculous considering Urshifu gets its own busted signature ability. Also I really hate its disproportionately long legs. The design is fine other than that.

The first time I saw this picture (the OFFICIAL artwork), I thought someone drew over the image to make it look like it had long legs, because they're unnaturally long and one leg is bent slightly (which really bothers me).

I went and fixed it myself. I shortened the legs and pointed the ends, to match the other pointed ends in its design. I also changed the part where the tan meets the white near the top of the legs from a straight line to a point to again match the pointed ends. And I straightened the one leg so it looks more natural. I also changed the arms from green to tan. I thought it would make the green neck thing stand out more.
