I'm just now realizing that when I said I was drawing myself in Decora Kei clothing, I never explained what it was. I don't want to leave you confused, so here's a fashion lesson I guess.
Decora Kei is a sub-category of harajuku fashion, which originates at the Harajuku station in Japan. Harajuku is a style of fashion that is outlandish and often features many accessories, and it is seen as a way to go against the norm. There are several sub-categories of harajuku:
-Ganguro Kei, a "western" inspired style with things like heavy tans, bleached hair, white lipstick, and heavy white highlighter.
-Lolita Kei, characterized by European/Victorian dresses with petticoats worn underneath. There are several sub-categories of this as well: Gothic Lolita, Sweet Lolita, and Classic Lolita.
-Visual Kei, characterized by punk clothing and inspired by rock and metal bands. Tends to aim for "androgynous" looks.
-Fairy Kei, characterized by pastel colors and cutesy toys, patterns, etc. Being child-like and soft as possible.
-Decora Kei, characterized by bright colors, layered outfits, plastic accessories, and many hair clips covering the bangs.
-cosplay (I trust that you know what this is)
(There are other sub-categories, but I consider these the main ones)
Here's a J-Fashion lesson that no one asked for. (Sorry I'm really into Harajuku fashion)
(Oh, and don't worry, I did my research. Just to double check some things.)
Now that you know what Decora Kei is, the design for Anny should make more sense.
