So I wanted to be Sylveon for Halloween. Idek if Halloween is happening but I'm still doing this anyway. I have to make the ears and tail. I traced out some patterns of an ear and a tail and cut them out of cardboard. Then off to painting. I have a few acrylic paints, but the light pink I was planning to use was almost completely empty. I had to improvise and mix fuchsia with skin color and it actually looks like a better color than the other light pink.

This was after 2 coats of paint. I still have to paint the other side of the ears, and I might go over everything with another coat. Then I have to figure out some way to attach the pieces to things I can put on. I can probably hot-glue the ears onto a headband, but I'm stumped on what to do for the tail.

Ahh this is so exciting! I haven't put this much effort into a costume ever and it's fun!
