Do any of you use Flipgrid for school? If you don't, lucky you. Submitting on it is the absolute worst. It took me 20 minutes to submit a 1 minute video, and I was on my hotspot (which is faster than the wifi at home).

I had a project on flipgrid that was due yesterday at midnight that was supposed to be two 5 minute videos. I couldn't get either of the videos to 5 minutes long (one was 3:51 and the other is 4:47). I started submitting the shorter video at 9:40 pm. I connected to my hotspot in advance, and turned on my music so I could listen while it submitted. In the meantime, since you can't close out of the Flipgrid app when something is submitting, I opened a tab on the side and I went on a website where you make avatars and did that while the video submitted. I got so focused on the website that I forgot about the video. It had a little bit left to submit, but it was like that for at least 15 minutes. I checked the time- it was 11:15 ish. I was getting concerned, because I still had to submit the longer video and turn in an essay. I closed out of Flipgrid to submit the essay, which took all of 5 minutes.

I went back to Flipgrid and it deleted my progress and I had to start the submission all over. At this point, it's 11:45 ish and the video still hasn't submitted. I ranted to my friends and they said to message the teacher. I sent the teacher a message through the school homework website and attached the videos to the message, saying that I couldn't get the videos to submit to Flipgrid. Then I sent the message, but the videos had to send. I sent the message at 12 am, but the videos didn't upload until 12:24.

Also I used up all my high speed data on my phone from using the hotspot for too long.
