"You cannot give me bones or feet." The ghost whispers to me.

"Why would you want a ghost like me?"

I sigh

"Because I believe you'll never leave my side and haunt me for entirety!"

"I'm a ghost, a spirit that is free."

"I never said you'd be locked up with me."

"Dear, go to sleep you aren't thinking clearly."

"The dead and living are not meant to be friends."

"Well who says I've ever been living?"

The ghost stares

"Don't become dark inside. My after life hasn't been easy, but I've made it out alright."

The ghost exits the room

Even the things that float around leave me.

I guess I'll go and love myself.
Who needs a ghost friend?
But the truth is I've got plenty!
My mind it does these kind of things.
Now I'll go to sleep.
