My spine cracks.
My neck cracks.

My knees crack.
My shoulders crack.
My joints crack.

My back hurts.
My neck hurts.

My knees hurt.
My shoulders hurt.
My joints hurt.

Everything hurts.
The pain is never the same,
Always somehow different
But ever familiar.

My body hurts and cracks.
My health declines.

I can feel my spine trying to break free.
Maybe all my bones are trying to.
Maybe I am destined to die,
For my bones despise me,
For my body hates my being.
