Here I am

Walking through the grass

Time passes by

But ageless I am

Forever cursed

With a gift few have

To walk in this world

Till the end of time

There is a price

For living so long

As time draws by

You see the values of mortality

So I wonder

Why did I choose this

Why did I do this

Only, there was never an answer

Just the whisper of the wind

For around me lay a ruin

A lifeless world
