Here I am

With this club

I learned it broke things

And now my friend won't wake up

Then I found

Wood and Stone

Make a light

That burns and stings

So time goes on...

Here I am now

A sword in one hand

A shield in the other

And the princess following me

Here I learned walls fall

Then I found this power that explodes

So time goes on...

So here I am now

In this messay trench

All I hear is the noise of gunfire

And the screams of the dying dead

I learnd today

Mud, boots, and water dont mix well.

So time goes on...

So here i am, 

in a bunker

And out the window

A bomb goes off

So what I see

Is this mushroom cloud

Then a few days latter

I learnd something interesting

Cities are not safe from instant destruction

and so time goes on...

And now i come to this strange place

where people live on stations and planets

from one galaxy to the next

and learn a most interesting fact

It was safer on earth than in a 

dead

cold

vacuum

such as space.

So of all this, I have learned one lession

humanity loves danger

and so, this is why

I am always in danger

from the time I am born 

till the day I die

no matter what age I am in

danger is always around the corner
