Why do you love me?

Why do you think I'm so special?

Everyone knows about me.

How scary I am.

How cruel I can be.

How much love I have broken.

that I hurt anyone that tries to get near me.

How many people I have taken away from their families.

How many innocent and lovely people I break and destroy.

How many of those people I take away forever.

And yet you still chose me.

You chose to be with me.

You chose to get to know me.

You chose death over life.
