The sun it shines so bright
While Earth holds the warmth so tight
the world is covered with life
That longs to know no strife

Now while the Earth, she spins,
creating multiple questions,
the people that are alive
they live, laugh, and survive

But often the people they no longer thrive
Only so long can their race survive
And when it comes their time to die
some say to Heaven, their soul gets to fly

So "Papaw", I say with great power; the best
"I hope in Heaven you get to rest."
