All these teens

May make it seem

That depression and anxiety

Is part of our society.

Its not the same as it used to be

Not as when adults were young

Things were only spread around by tongue

Now with the advent of social media

The whole world has eyes on ya

Things spread faster and people team up against each other.

Everyone begins to know about the fathers and mothers

The ones who have wronged you.

The ones who have wronged me too.

And I hate seeing you so sad.

And the ones who have hurt you make me so mad.

Life seems so so bad.

And there is always the question of "Why?"

But we move together as one, you and I.

We are friends, you and I.

I try to be there for you.

As you are always there for me too.

But I'm sorry I can't always be there.

And I'm sure it isn't fair.

But because of my mental wear...

It's a tear.

Across the membrane.

You might not see it the way I do

But I feel insane.

But I will always try and be there for you.

I will try to help you with everything that has happened and everything you have gone through.

Cause even though I can't always be there to give answers

And I feel as if my mind is infected with a malignant cancer

I'll still try.

I'll Try to answer the question of "Why?"

And you and I will always try and make amends

Because you and I are friends
