They know your hidden most secrets

Yet they swear not to show them to anyone

Are you a fool just to hand it over to them

In exchange for trying to make a difference in one's life?

Try many

Only a select few succeed in the games of life, love, and liberty

Must everything always be a gamble?

A competition where bad stuff must exceed the great and noblest of accomplished feats

What about our educational upbringing? Do they actually 

Understand what they are trying to teach us?

Or has it all been a big whopper at some greasy edible plastic typo food joint

Where nobody gets what they deserve whether they work at it or not!?

Everyone loses what they have tried gaining

Regardless of their fatal attempts at creating happiness themselves

Must we dare trust eachother....when we should be unique individuals...striving for our own goals

Or vice-versa?

The more I ponder this...

The more I realize how messed up this world has begun....

Every time we trust a man or even a woman with our innermost secrets

A friend perhaps....and/or even a stranger

Something bad happens

Maybe not to him or her

Or maybe not us

But to someone else

In another part of this world

As an act against our cycle of trust

With the friendships we harnessed

And the true feelings we harbor

Whether good or bad....

Thus is it really better to put our faith in god

Than to trust human nature

All on it's own?
