This poem is dedicated to a very special friend for all her love, support and encouragement.

Abandoned once again I was by my own,
accustomed to solitude I had grown.

That is when she came with a ray of hope,
Once again made me smile, helped me cope.

Wiped away all my tears,
Held my hand and walked me through my fears.

Grateful I was for all her kindness and care,
Though to be with a shattered person to her it wasn't fair.
