So this poem is again about writing

So let's begin

A Work Of Fiction

A work of fiction it is said to be

Fictional hills and rivers

Fictional lands of mysteries;

Said they are all fictional 

Still they do live

Live in a magical mystery

And sometimes making history

Live so that the writer could write

And write so that the fiction can live;
