Sometimes you just gotta breath
Take a deep breath in each lung

Before they form sentences on your tongue

Before you let your mind clamor
Take some time to form I feel statements
And be mindful of your manner

But even those in the right
Can have small mistakes that aren't apparent

When bullied by some buffoon
You needn't be so quick to squander yourself

They may be unjust in their response
But please don't feel the need to deride

Take your time to gain composure
Check your tone of voice
