Another Dark day,

Another Dark night

I feel like I'm being held hostage in my mind.

I tell my mom,

"I'm just trying to make it."

She thinks I'm talking about school and says,

"You're doing so good your grades are amazing!"

While I was talking about making it through alive.

See in Society life goes like this:

You have depression, "give me your phone,"

You have anxiety, "Do this housework,"

You have suicidal thoughts, "Walk the dogs,"

No one wants to admit whats happening,

So we fake smiles and wear masks.

They always play the victim,

"I didn't know what was going to happen,"

"I wish I spent more time with them,"

"I wish they would've told me."

While all of us see the signs coming.

See suicide isn't a joke and it doesn't just happen to happen.  Those who take their lives have lived through the darkest days and nights.  They probably have gone through the same thing happening over and over again and just want it to stop.  You see people who commit are just angels God put here who couldn't stand seeing the things we do or couldn't handle the things done to them.  They aren't damned or condemned.  They are just going back to where they can feel love again.  I don't truly believe in the God above, but I do believe in his angels because I was once almost one of them.  Society is a bitch!  Don't listen to the Karen's or anyone who dares to put you down or make you feel as though you're not worth it.  Because YOU ARE!!!  If you ever need a shoulder to cry on or someone who will listen to what you're saying and the meaning behind it I'm there.  People will listen but they aren't Listening.  What I mean by that is that while they are listening to what you're saying they aren't listening to the meaning behind your words.  I have a hard time getting my points across so for me it is hard to find someone who will listen.  I love you all and you all have helped me get through so much in my life and I can't think of a way to repay y'all.  Thank You for everything.
