It has been broken and torn apart
It has forgotten how to work right
It sees enemies as shining knights
They stabbed and crushed my heart to pieces
Destroying my precious masterpiece
Where it once stood in the display case
Shards of porcelain cover the base
Since then, I've only let a few through
To see the piece with defenses a new
None of them could ever fix it, though
They just walked through like it was a show
They tried tape once, but that wouldn't do
I knew that what would fix it was glue
Tape is meant to be temporary
Glue is used as a forever thing
I don't want to be fixed for a day
I want to be loved by someone who'll stay
If you're the glue that will turn me to art
