When I saw a familiar stranger today.
An old wound opened up, as our memories returned to my consciousness with a smile .
Even though I knew , I would be heartbroken once again, I welcomed them with a smile .
I remembered how much happy we were together.
Even though there were fights and  heartbreaks and everything was not that perfectly normal between us.
But with you by my side it seemed all worth it and was no less than a crazy dream.
As I thought back unto those memories of us,those days are more like the things of past now .
But It brought back a smile to my face and a tear in my eye.
Those were the best memories I ever made but now those are the memories I try to forget .
I stood there reliving the moment once again as I Saw that familiar stranger today .
But neither of us uttered a word or made a move and we walked passed each other like we never knew one another.
Those memories brought a lot of pain rather than happiness .
