But moving to Philadelphia and discovering more heroes that are like her, she has a harder time keeping her secret. And one superhero really does resemble one of her classmates and new friend.*

—This is an AU where the Wizard chose someone a few years before he chose Billy. He chose Tabitha when she was ten years old but she didn't have much control of her Shazam form. She accidentally destroyed a building that left people killed and riddled with guilt and blame, she promised to never turn back into that part of her again.

—Tabitha is cynical and guarded because of what she did. She used to be a lot like Freddy so it's one of the reasons she became friends with him. He reminded her of who she used to be. You can have free range on more of her backstory and her family.

—It doesn't take long for Tabitha to figure out that Freddy and his foster family are the new heroes. She begins putting the pieces together and calls them out on it. But she doesn't tell them that she's the seventh hero for a long time until she finally breaks her promise and turns into her Shazam form to save someone.

—Tabitha and Freddy become friends pretty quick. She defends him against his bullies (aka, punches the shit out of them) and reads comic books with him. They have a strong friendship for a long time and he is the one to finally help her embrace and learn to control her Shazam form. Later on, they start dating. Them being in a relationship doesn't have to be immediate. They are young, about 14-15 (this takes place either a few months or a year after the first Shazam movie) so it doesn't need to be rushed. But they still have a very cute friendship and relationship.
