—I can see Beverly being a lesbian and I'd prefer if you kept it like this. She and Ashley have been best friends since childhood and are very close to one another.

—Beverly is a sweetheart and really helpful, always putting other people before herself. She's been playing guitar since she was seven and enjoys singing as well. She doesn't have the best luck but makes things work anyway and she works at a coffee shop.

—I can see this taking place after Ashley released her "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom" album but before dropping "Manic". Beverly was there to support her so much after Ashley's breakup with G-Eazy and this is what causes their relationship to go down the friends-with-benefits path.

—This is a bit of a slow burn. Kind of a "will they, won't they" situation. They both obviously love each other but they're too scared to admit it. Eventually, they finally become girlfriends and make their relationship public (Halsey's song "Finally // beautiful stranger" could be about Beverly). They are a very affectionate couple and find peace within one another.
