Summary: Brownsville, Pennsylvania always had some sort of angel watching over the kids who needed help, protecting them. She would only appear every twenty years, but most believed that she was a myth. Up until Evangeline comes back with every intention on helping a boy being neglected and abused named Stanley, and a girl with uncontrollable powers named Sydney.*

—Evangeline is a really protective yet feisty being. She can either be an actual guardian angel that does have a temper or a fallen angel with a good side. She is also immortal with a lot of power. I don't really have much ideas for her, so you're free to come up with your own!

—Evangeline will not have any love interests. She serves as a maternal figure and mentor to Stan, Syd, and Dina (maybe even Liam too, he's awesome).

—Evangeline is really protective over Stan and Syd. She knows they need help but there are challenges since both of them are convinced they don't need help. I can see Evangeline trying to help Syd control her powers and trying to "dispose" of Stan's father as well. But you can build up their relationship however you'd like and how she is their protector.

—This takes place around the beginning of IANOWT. Because the show was wrongfully cancelled (I hate you Netflix) you can continue it past season 1 and come up with one you believe will happen in season 2.
