I was running farther and farther away but it was quicker. It didn't matter how fast I ran because he would catch up with me. I tripped over a rock and tumbled down a hill and my side smacked up against a tree. A sharp pain went through my side. My lungs hurt when I took a breath.

Pain engulfed me whole as my vision started blurring. Fear and adrenaline pumped through my veins. I could hear my loud heart beating faster and faster in my chest. Every time I took a breath I wondered if it was gonna be my last. The only thing I was thinking over and over again was why me, why me, why me?

I put my hand on my side and I felt something wet and warm. I realized I was bleeding. I was in excruciating pain but, no matter how much pain I was in I had to keep running. I got up and ran as fast as I could. I didn't get far since I felt a sharp pain go through my chest.

I fell to my knees and looked at my chest. There was a huge metal claw through it. I saw a huge black beast look at me and turn it's head all the way around before it ran off. How was I not dying? Why was this all happening to me?

It was as if the pain had made me stronger. I got up and stumbled helplessly through the woods. I was as blind as a bat in this darkness. I had to find a hospital. I couldn't die young when my whole life is ahead of me.

I eventually found a highway and saw a car coming down. I became overjoyed as help was on it's way. I was being saved! I wasn't gonna die! I flailed my arms helplessly to notify the driver. The car stopped and a guy came out.

"I need help! Bring me to the hospital!!" I said. "I'm sorry but I can't do that," he replied in a demonic voice. I screamed in fear and tried running away. He bit viscously into my neck, ripping me apart.

I woke up, screaming in fear as I had just awoke from a bad nightmare. I was breathing heavy as I looked around my room. I felt reassured when I realized it was just a dream. My heart was going 100 miles per hour. I was shaking in fear and my eyes were widened from adrenaline.

I couldn't go back to bed so I went to the kitchen to clear my mind. Once I went downstairs to my kitchen, I got a glass of water and sat down. The dream felt so real like I was actually in it. Why do I keep having nightmares like this? I got frusturated since I didn't know the answers to any of these questions.

I looked over at the window and noticed it was wide open. That was weird since I shut all the windows before I went to bed. Unless someone broke in! A shiver went up my spine as I grabbed my gun that was strapped under the table. I cautiously moved over to the window.

I looked out the window and saw nothing. I shut the window and locked it. That's when I heard a crashing sound in the living room. I froze in fear for only a sliver of a second. I went into the living room with my gun held up.

I saw my blue vase on the floor, broken into what seemed like a million pieces. I looked around but, there was still no one here. What the hell was going on? Who the hell was in my house? I saw something move in the guest bedroom.

The lights were off in the bedroom so it was hard to see. I started breathing heavy. I started to slowly walk over there. As I got closer, I could see a pair of crimson red eyes. Now I started shaking in fear.

I was only a foot away from the room. Then a tall male figure started to come towards me. I took a few steps back as he stepped into the light. I froze in fear when I saw him. I almsot forgot to breathe I was so scared.

He had sharp inscissors, he had an evil grin on his face and he had on a white shirt with blood on it. He had black hair and dark red eyes. He had on a pair of black Levi's with a pair of sneakers. He looked normal except for the fact that he had blood dripping from his mouth, that he had blood on his shirt, that he had red eyes and that he had fangs. I almost forgot how to react, he was that scary and daunting.

"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!!" I shouted. I shot at him a few times in the chest. The weird part is it didn't even phase him. He looked quite annoyed as he picked the bullets out of his chest. What the hell was this guy?

I shot the rest of the bullets and I threw the gun at him. I made a run to the bathroom. Once I was inside I locked the door. I eagerly took out my cell phone and dialed 911. I could hear footsteps.

"Hello, this is 911. What is your emergency?" the operator said. "THIS GUY BROKE IN MY HOUSE AND I SHOT HIM AND HE IS STILL ALIVE!" I screamed in fear. The phone hung up and there was static. I frantically said hello like three times before I shoved my phone in my pocket.

The guy broke the door down off the hinges and threw it to the side. "Come with me! I will protect you. Trust me!" He said.

I grabbed my knife out of my back pocket and stabbed him in the stomach. He hunched over and winced in pain only for a second before he grabbed it and pulled it out. He threw the knife on the floor. I tried to run but he grabbed me from behind and held me so tight that I couldn't escape. I tried to get out of his grasp but he was stronger than me.

He picked me up and ran to the door really fast. Faster than I have ever seen anyone run before. I bit down on his arm hard and I drew blood. He seemed amused by my weak attempts to escape. I was so frusturated and afraid that I felt like crying but, I couldn't give up just yet.

"You are a feisty one, aren't you?" He asked. "LET ME GO!!"I yelled. "I am saving you Alexis," he replied calmly. "How do you know my name?" I asked. "I will do the explaining later," he answered.

"Please let me go. I never did anything to you," I said weakly. Hot tears started rolling down my cheeks. "I am so sorry," he replied. He injected a shot with blue liquid into my neck.

All of a sudden, the room started spinning and I felt really dizzy. "What's happening?.." I mumbled softly. "I will explain later," he answered. His voice and my voice sounded like a distant echo. My vision started blurring, my body went limp and then everything went black.
