Shooting up from the sheets, sweating as if I had a nightmare, my head began being stricken with pain. I hadn't been drinking last night so that didn't make sense. It was an odd dream I woke up from. Some girl I was talking with.

How unusual.

It was earlier than the usual wake up time. The sun was barely even out and I usually woke up at noon. Though my aching head did prevent me from sleeping, so instead of wasting time, I got out.

I let out a snicker from the idea of Sabo freaking out and questioning why and how I was up so early for a change. I'd probably reply that I didn't know either.

Letting the shower run a bit, I went in to take a wash. A towel in my hands in what seemed like seconds though it had only truly been minutes.

Today seemed so odd. Like something would happen. Like this has happened before. Like the day had been repeating itself.

But that wasn't the case. It felt like nothing would happen. That nothing about today would be special. Nothing about this day would repeat because there was nothing to repeat. Right?

Heading downstairs, I peaked in the kitchen to check if anyone was there. Usually Thatch was up and early making breakfast or trying something new but I guess today was one of his more lazier days.

I wanted to get coffee but my head hurt too much resulting in me getting pain killers first. It seemed coffee was running a bit low though.

After a few minutes had passed, I began hearing footsteps coming down the stairs. Sounded like Sabo. Moments later, someone came in the kitchen for me to then be right.

He rubbed his eyes as he walked in, but upon seeing me, he seemed more awake from the shock.

"Ace!? Since when are you up early?" I shrugged. His eyes wandered towards the painkillers, another question being brought up. "You didn't get drunk last night, did you?" I shook my head this time in response.

I muttered, "Not sure why but I have have a giant headache." Meerly saying that seemed to bring back a stinging pain.

It truly had me confused.
