Superstitions, the 'super' burdens for them.
Education, was like a long lost friend.
She had to fight for her rights.
Strong actions and stern words against her, enough weapons to offend.

But now, a bud had started blooming.
The girl, who's life was 'set' was 'rising.'
Women Empowerment became the core goal.
The feminine aspirations were now inspiring.

They didn't compete with the men.
They proved themselves capable.
They convinced us of handling many spheres with ease.
Their work is simply commendable.

For every parent, a girl should be a blessing.
She's the one who makes your life, worth living.
