Monday has arrived and Serena was out of bed really early. She felt great. She was up doing her hair and makeup. She was making sure she looked good for Ash today. Ash on the other hand was fast asleep. He was wore out for some reason even though he had the best sleep ever. Gary was up bright and early. The time difference between Kanto and Kalos got him confused. He then noticed Ash was still asleep, he smirked

Gary laughed, "Looks like I get to mess with Ashy-boy. This morning. Gotta make up for lost time"

He then went and found a bucket. He filled it up with cold water and ice. He tiptoed back to his room and threw the bucket of water on him

Ash:"AHHHHHH! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?"

Gary laughed, "Ashy-boy, time to get up, you wouldn't want to make your girlfriend wait for you will ya?"

Ash panicked, "what time is it?"

Gary laughed, "it is only 6:30 dude. Calm the fuck down"

Ash looked at Gary and became furious, "REALLY? Come on man! Don't play me like that"

Gary laughed his ass off. It was the funniest thing he had seen in a long time.

Ash calmed down and get ready for school. Since he was up thanks to gary, he fixed some breakfast and played games on his phone. He also watched highlights of the college and NFL games

Ash left the house and headed to school. He was jamming out and suddenly Serena called him

Ash:"Hey what's up?"

Serena:"Are you gonna be at the school soon?"

Ash:"Yeah why? Is something wrong?"

Serena:"No! I just want you to be here and we walk up to our friends together to tell them we are a couple now"

Ash:"Oh! Okay. Makes sense. I'm almost there. See you soon"

He then hung up. He kept driving to school and finally got there. He parked beside Serena and she got out and jumped onto Ash, Ash chuckled

Ash:"Serena you know you saw me like 12 hours ago right?"

Serena playfully pouted, "so i can't be happy to see you again?"

Ash laughed, "no I didn't mean it like that, you know what I meant."

Serena winked, "I know Ashy, come on! Let's see our friends"

She then grabbed his hand and drug him to everyone. When they got to everyone, they were still holding hands and everyone took notice. They all gasped.

Dawn:"Serena, are you 2 like a thing?" (if anyone can guess where I got that line from, ill give you a shout out)

Serena smiled and Ash nervously chuckled. Serena spoke up, "Yes we are! I couldn't be any happier!"

Everyone stood there in shock but all smiled and congratulated them.

The rest of the day went by quickly for the new couple. Ash was walking to his truck with Serena when they got stopped by 3 people dressed up in morph suits. Serena got scared and held onto Ash. Ash stood there and finally spoke up

Ash:"Alright, what's this?"

The middle boy started to laugh hysterically, "you still don't get it huh Ketchum?"

Serena recognized the voice and was shock, "Calem?!? What are you doing?"

Calem took of the mask part of the suit and had a evil grin, "well your boyfriend here was warned not to take anything from me and he didn't refuse that order, so me and my friends here are gonna teach him a lesson"

Ash huffed, "you 3 girls here gonna team up on me? Man I thought you couldn't be a bigger bitch, but it seems like you need help to do your own fucking job. Come on, ill take all 3 of y'all at once"

Serena instantly held him close and yelled at him, "Ash! You don't know what you're doing! You're crazy!"

Ash just looked at her with a smile, "its okay, I know what I'm doing. Just stand back"

Calem chuckled, "so you're actually gonna man up huh? So pitiful"

Ash:"well at least I don't extra help when I'm gonna whip all 3 of your asses. Now lets get this rodeo started"

Calem and the 2 other boys jumped at Ash. Ash easily managed to dodge the first 2 punches but the the 3 one caught him in the stomach. He stepped back. Calem then punched him in the side of the head and Ash fell to the ground. Ash quickly got back up. He shook his head a few times then went after one of the other guys. He managed to knock one out one of them but quickly fell to the ground. Serena got worried and jumped in screaming.

Serena while screaming, "STOOOOOPPPPPPPP!" then a thud hit her in the side of the head. Calem accidently punched her while trying to punch Ash. Ash watched her hit the ground holding her head where she got hit. Serena was crying due to the pain. Ash got up and became furious. He was red all over and shaking. He then ran at the other boy and easily knocked him out and turned to Calem. Calem stood there in shock, he knew he fucked up. Ash darted straight at him. He punched him in the stomach then the jaw line, back in the stomach and then uppercutted him to knock him out. He got on top of him started to scream.

Ash:"IF YOU TOUCH OR COME NEAR ME AND SERENA AGAIN I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU. WHAT IS YOUR FUCKING PROBLEM DUDE. YOU ARE LOW AS LOW CAN GET. FUCKING LITTLE BITCH!"

He then ran over to Serena and embraced her. She started to sob in his shoulder. "Ash that really hurt. It hurts really bad"

Ash sat there and rubbed her back, "I know I know. He'll get what he deserves. I'm gonna tell coach. It'll be all okay. Let me take you home and get you fixed up and then i come back to practice"

Serena nodded and gave a small smile. Ash then drove her home and gave her some ice for her head. He told her he would come see her after practice. Serena smiled and kissed him bye. Ash drove back to practice and the coach yelled at him

Coach:"Ketchum! Why are you late?"

Ash:"Well I was hoping I could discuss that with you coach, in private please"

Coach nodded in understanding and they went in the field house.

Coach:"Okay, now explain"

Ash:"Well I was walking with Serena to my truck and all of the sudden Calem and 2 of his buddy's decided to show up. Well they threatened me because that I supposedly stole the team and Serena from him. Well I didn't back down and they attacked me. While they did that Serena jumped in and Calem hit her in the head. I kinda let all my rage loose and knocked them all out. Then I comforted her and took her home. That's why I'm late"

Coach stood there in shock, "So you're telling me Calem attacked you?"

Ash nodded

Coach:"Well, I think I will dismiss him from the team. That is uncalled for"

Ash just stood there. He didn't know what to say. Coach told him to pad up and go out and practice for a little bit. Practice didn't last long for him but him and Brock stayed a little longer to work on routes. Ash finally got done and washed up and went back to Serena's. He got there and collapsed on her bed with you. Serena giggled.

Serena:"You okay Ashy?" she then brought him into a hug

Ash sighed and smiled, "yeah, even though I had to kick some ass and practice. I'm alright. I'm a while lot better seeing you smile now"

Serena blushed, "oh you" and she kissed him

Ash blushed, "what about you? You doing alright?"

Serena:"Yeah I'm doing better, still will be sore for a few days, but I'm fine"

Ash smiled, "well good" he then laid down on her and snuggled up to her.

Serena happily sighed, she then got concerned again so she asked Ash something, "Hey Ash? How did you learn how to fight like that?"

Ash sighed, "well growing up me and Gary always fought each other. Playfully. Well he had an uncle that was very much so like my own. He would always teach us things and moves." then he got sad. Serena took notice

Serena:"Is everything okay? You bummed out"

Ash sighed again, "yeah I'm okay. Its just that Gary's uncle passed away through something horrible and its hard to talk about it or think about it"

Serena looked down, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked"

Ash lifted her head and have her a reassuring smile and his famous grin, "It is alright. I promise. You would have found out anyways. Its all good"

Serena smiled again. Ash soon realized that his mom would be worrying about him so he had to go home

Ash:"Hey I need to head on home. Mom is probably worrying about me"

Serena nodded and kissed him, "well text me when you get home kay?"

Ash nodded and left. He arrived to his house with Gary watching TV and mom cooking supper.  She turned around and saw he was home and she scolded him.

Delia:"Ash! Where have you been?"

Gary:"Yeah Ashy-boy, I was getting worried too"

Ash:"Its a long story, but ill explain it at supper"

Ash went upstairs and changed. He then came downstairs. He explained everything to Delia and Gary. Delia was in shock, but Gary smirked the whole time.

Gary:"So they weren't a match for you huh Ashy-boy? Seems like all those lessons with Dave paid off"

Ash smiled but quickly turned to shock because of Delia

Delia:"Oh my! Are you okay are you hurt? How's Serena? Ash you should've called immediately"

Ash sighed, "I'm fine mom, Serena is okay too we are just sore"

Delia sighed in relief and they all ate their food. After that Ash went upstairs and took a shower. He got out and talked to Gary for a little bit. He texted Serena for a while to make sure she was okay. Luckily she was fine. No concussion at all for her or him. Ash continued to text her for a while

Serena: I'm so sorry everything was like this. I didn't know Calem would act like this

Ash: don't worry Serena. It is his fault and he will pay for it. I'm fine and you're fine too. We can just move on from here. Please. It'll make things easier.

Serena: Okay. Are you okay?

Ash: yeah I'm fine. Just wore out. Its been a long day.

Serena: I know. I'm wore out too. I'm just glad you're okay and not hurt

Ash: I'm more concerned about you😂😂😂 you took one helluva punch to the head. I don't think anyone would have done that for me.

Serena:😂😂 I know. Well I do care about you. I couldn't just stand there and watch you get beat up. It was terrifying to see.

Ash: Well aren't you sweet😏

Serena: Of course I am😏 I'm always sweet. Especially to you. 😉

Ash: Oh hush. That might change once we are down the road a little bit 😂😂😂😂

Serena:😂😂😂😂 it will. I'm gonna go to bed. Goodnight, I'll see you tomorrow, I love you Ashy!

Ash: Lol, alright goodnight. I love you too

Despite the minor injuries that the couple both suffered, they both were fine and drifted into a happy sleep. So it seems like Calem will get what he deserves and everyone supports Ash and Serena. This just shows that everything can be great for them in though times. How will they continue to help each other? We shall find out. Until next time!
