Harry, Hermione and Ron went to sit down under the tree after classes. It was a nice day and they had finished homework.

"How's it like to date Blaise?" Hermione asked curiously.

Harry blushed, "I don't know how to answer that."

Ron laughed, "come on you've done on dates with him haven't you? It's been three months since you told us the news, you must know by now."

Harry fixed his glasses trying to think of something. He shook his head softly, "we haven't actually gone on dates. We've spent time together and it's wonderful but not like gone out somewhere or done something special."

"why not?" Ron asked him.

"well uh I guess I just.... I don't know."

Hermione laid her head on his shoulder, "if you're nervous because it is your first real date then maybe we should do a double date. That way you'll hopefully feel less nervous with us around."

"sounds fantastic."

Harry had left his friends to go find Blaise and with the help of his map he found him in the quidditch pitch flying.

Theo spotted him immediately and flew to Blaise," boyfriend's here. "

Blaise looked down and smiled when he saw Harry, "I won't be long."

Theo chuckled, "take as long as you need, I am going to chat with my girlfriends whilst you two talk."

Blaise nodded quickly flying down to see what Harry was doing there. "hi," Blaise said softly.

Harry bit his lip, "I messed up."

Blaise got off his broom and got closer to Harry, "what happened?"

Harry began playing with his fingers, "well umm I might of told my friends we've never had an actual date and uh they you know invited us on a double date."

Blaise grabbed Harry's hands to stop his nervous actions knowing he was probably going to start picking at his cuticules unintentionally. Harry looked up at him with fear but was met with kind eyes. Blaise placed Harry's hands on his left hand and with his right he cuped his cheek and smiled at the blushing boy. "hey it's fine, I'm not mad."

Harry closed his eyes taking a deep breathe. "it's my first actual date." Harry explained in a soft embarrassed voice.

"oh." Blaise could feel Harry trying to free his hands to nervously pick at them again. "do you want me to say yes? If you don't feel 100% sure you can tell them we already have plans and we can stay in my room."

"No! I do want to... I'm just a little nervous."

Blaise grinned, "then you have nothing to worry about, I would be honoured to go on a date with you."

Harry felt his heart beat faster, "thank you."

Blaise kissed his forehead, "you don't have to be nervous about this Harry."

Harry sighed happily under him. Balise smiled when he felt Harry's hands relax. "you should go, your friend must be waiting for you to go back to flying."

"I'm going I'm going." Blaise said straightening his back again. "I'll see you around."

Harry returned the shy smile, "yeah."

As Harry left Blaise went back to Theo who was looking at him with a goofy smile. He wiggled his eyebrows playfulky at Blaise, "look who's blushing."

Blaise rolled his eyes, "shut up."

"what did he say?" Daphne asked.

"please tell us," Pansy made a cute pouty face, "we saw you two looking awfully close."

"well we're going on our first date soon and since it is his first date and he wants to feel safe we decided for it to be a double date with people he knows." Blaise explained.

Pansy clapped her hands excitedly, "are you excited about it?"

Blaise grinned, "of course, merlin I'm going to make sure it's the best date ever for him."

"you're too amazing Blaise, I hope he makes you as happy as you make him." Daphne said with a smile on her face.

"He does." Blaise said with a goofy smile, "he makes butterflies appear in my stomach and he's very amazing."

His friends awed, Blaise felt hischeeks heat up. After they finished teasing him Theo and him went back to flying around.

Harry laid awake in his bed going over what had happened between him and Blaise. He probably didn't mean to sound so romantic but his words stayed in his head for the whole day. Harry covered his face with his hands when he thought about how Blaise kissed his forehead. He wanted to feel those soft lips again.

He felt like Saturday was Christmas morning and he was with the Weasleys. He closed his eyes to try and get some sleep, hopefully with all of the excitement today he would actually get some nice dreams.

Saturday arrived quickly and the slytherins helped Blaise get ready. Draco kept reminding him if his manners all morning long. He appreciated his best friend but it wasn't helping.

Before he left Theo gave him a nice and small bouquet of roses as he had requested. "bought the ones that won't die."

Blaise thanked him and walked out trying to look as confident as possible. His heart was beating rapidly, ever since the day Harry went looking for he got the feeling like he might actually be able to date the boy for real. He just had to make sure Harry could see what type of boyfriend he could be for him.

He was used to the attention since everyone just loved staring even before he faked this relationship and he definitely didn't want Harry for being the Saviour. He liked the person he was, how he was so easy to talk to and how they had begun to feel very comfortable around each other.

Soon he stood in front of the gryffindor common room portrait. "hi umm I'm here for my boyfriend."

The lady on the portrait looked at him smiling, after months of being with the gryffindor she already recognized him. She let him in, Blaise quietly thanked her.

The gryffindor students stopped what they were doing to stare at the slytherin. Blaise blushed hiding the bouquet behind his back.

Ginny chuckled sitting on the couch, "come Zabini. Sit."

Blaise slowly made his way to sit down with her careful to not damage the roses. Ginny smiled, "ignore them, those are nice."

Blaise let out a nervous laugh, "yeah, undying as well."

Ginny raised her eyebrows, "I'm sure Harry will appreciate that. He should be down here any second, they got caught helping Neville find his frog again."

"oh, but you'll stay here whilst I wait right?"

Ginny nodded, "I'm also waiting for Luna to come here so we can study together."

Blaise smiled, that was good. He didn't want to look alone and vulnerable to all of these gryffindors since most had previously hexed him.

It wasn't long until Harry was coming down with Ron and Hermione laughing together. Harry grinned when he saw Blaise. Blaise waved ginny goodbye before standing up to give Harry the roses.

"These are beautiful," Harry said admiring the roses. He looked yo meeting Blaise's eyes, "thank you. I'll go put then near my bed."

Hermione and Ron smiled at him as Harry left. Blaise wanted the earth to open us and swallow him whole, there he was again alone and being stared at. When Harry came back he noticed how he quickly shot a glare at everyone but his friends making them stop their staring.

They walked out following Ron and Hermione. Harry kept glancing at Blaise and began to nervously pick at his cuticules. Blaise grabbed his hand making him stop. He smiled down at Harry and quietly whispered, "are you alright?"

Harry nodded softly, "yeah."

"we can leave at any moment you want. We don't have to stay for the full time, we can walk around or so something else. Just squeeze my hand three times and I'll say an excuse."

Harry looked up at him. His eyes were wide and his lips were lightly parted surprised by the words of the taller boy beside him. He always offered him a way out of things, making it known that he also had a choice in what they did. Even if this was a fake relationship, it was by far the best relationship Harry ever had.

"I'll keep that in mind."
