Kevin's POV

The guys and I have been at the club for a little while it was getting late and I was fixing to head home just as I go to walk out this girl with black hair walks up and whispers in my ear "I live in an apartment nearby wanna go?" I pull out my phone and call Vanessa "Hello?" "Hey listen baby I'm sorry just wanted to tell you don't worry I'm going to be out late so don't stay up and wait for me to come home" She says something but I can't make it out "I'm losing you my battery is low we're going to a place nearby I gotta go."

I will be late don't stay up and wait for me

Grant's POV

I walk out of the store with the bags in my hand and something makes me look up and I see Kevin walking in a building with a girl with black hair I put the bags in my car and pull out my phone and she answers on the first ring "Hey warbler did you get lost?" "I think Kevin is cheating on Vanessa babe." "What makes you say that are you sure?" "I just saw him walk in an apartment building with a girl who is definitely not Vanessa." "If he doesn't tell her one of us will have too warbler." "I'll be home soon babe." We both hang up and I get in my car and drive home hoping that I'm seriously wrong about what I saw and I'm hoping that Mallory won't have to tell her best friend about her husband cheating.

Kevin's POV

I follow the girl into her apartment and shut the door behind me when we walk in she turns around and kisses me and starts unbuttoning my shirt I kiss back and help her get the shirt off then push her back on the bed and pull off the blue top she had on she starts kissing down my neck and my thoughts and mind get taken over by this even though it's wrong I give in to the pleasure I haven't felt in over two months.

Vanessa's POV

I ignore what Kevin said and stay up and pace the floor glancing at the clock every few minutes hoping that Kevin will be home soon I trust the guys and I know they won't let him get to drunk and one of them would bring him home even if he did I sigh then walk upstairs and check on our sleeping daughter for the tenth time just doing anything to pass the time, I peek in on her in her crib and she's still sleeping I walk back out of her room then go back downstairs and sit on the couch and listen to every tick of the clock that is hanging on the wall.

Kevin's POV

I feel awful and the guilt is eating away at me I get out of my car and each step to the house feels heavier and heavier the closer I get I walk in the house and shut the door behind me but I don't lock it because I may not end up staying here when she finds out. I walk in the living room and she stands up when she sees me but stops when she walks over and gets in front of me and I know that she knows but I wait on her to say something

Vanessa's POV

Lipstick and hickeys on his neck and his hair is messed up and I know I'm not the one who did that I don't want to say it out loud but I have to ask him any way "Please say I'm wrong Kev please tell me that you didn't cheat on me." "Baby I'm sorry I didn't mean for it to happen it's just we haven't done it since Kevina was born and she came up to me I know I should have said no and came home." He had done the worst thing possible and I didn't know if we would be able to make it through this he goes to reach for my hand "Ness please say something yell at me, or hit me just do something." I start crying in front of him "How could you do this to me Kev?" "I didn't mean to baby you have to believe me." "I can't Kev I'm sorry." Then I turn around and walk upstairs to my room turn off the lights and let the tears fall.

Kevin's POV

I feel terrible I had probably just lost the two best things that ever happened to me my wife and my daughter I knew Vanessa would probably never stay with me after doing this. I broke every promise I made to her when we got married I promised I would be faithful to her above all others that one was broken, I promised I would never hurt her and now she was crying because of me I had to fix this no matter what it took but I needed her to forgive me because I need her I can't picture my life without her in it.
