*Alexander's Pov*

A couple of weeks after the virus started spreading, school was finally canceled. The state of New York had ordered all of us to stay inside at all times, unless it was absolutely important.

Everyone at school was excited, well except the Theater Kids who show was canceled, they have been practicing for months.

We just have to not go outside to any party's and social gatherings. I am lucky to have my adopted brother and Dad and Mom, Lafayette, Washington and Martha. They couldn't have any kids so they adopted me and Laf.

--Week one--

So far, everything was going smoothly. It was around eight and I called and texted all my friends to make sure everyone was doing fine. I didn't bother with the classmates that I dislike like 'King' George, Lee, Jefferson, Madison and Samuel. For some reason I have their numbers. I may delete them.

When everyone said they were all good, I decided to go see if Laf wanted to do something. Mom and Dad were out to get groceries before everyone took everything. So it was just me and Laf.

"Hey Laf!" I say as I walk into his room. He was on his computer.

"Hey petite lion!"

"Would you like to do something?"

"Sure! What would you like to do?"

"I...am not sure.." I think for a bit "What if we watch a movie?"

"Ok."

We decided to watch 'Newsies' on Disney+.

In the middle of the movie, our parents came home with a bunch of grocery's.

They brought a lot of food, but also a couple of board games.

"We are not sure when we are getting out of quarantine, so we brought some games so we won't be just waiting." Dad stated

"Ok." Me and Laf replied.

It was getting pretty late and Dad told us to go to bed. I wasn't tired but I eventually fell asleep.

A/N: I have officially decided to make this a mini series. Each chapter will be about one week, like this one, and they would mostly be shorter than the other chapters (but not as much as this one, I felt stuck on this chapter).

There would probably be around four chapters, maybe more, and I will update this mini series every other story so it would balance this story and other stories.
