Where do I begin about this treacherous place!?

There are several legends of The Forbidden Hills.

One legend says that whoever goes there never returns (this has been proven partially true).
Another legend says there's a portal to another world there (no one knows the truth of this one, except for the lost souls and the Storm Spirits.)
Yet another legend says that it's forbidden because the land is toxic and deadly (this is not necessarily true).

However, there's one thing about the hills that everyone knows:
Inside is where the Storm Spirits hold their meetings.

All except for one that went missing long ago.
