I think I've mentioned Dokusei before.

She's a follower of Nuclear, and even has a crush on him. She often poses as a normal werewolf that was cursed by the corruption of the Forbidden Hills and is known for her deceit. She easily tricks others into siding with her, but if that doesn't work, she bites them. Normally this would only cause the victim immense pain, because technically no one can become a werewolf if they aren't already because there are no humans in this, but her saliva is radioactive and slowly starts putting the victim under her control. The victim at first only feels pain, then slowly becomes ill, then their eyes turn a bright, radioactive green (only those under Dokusei's control have bright green eyes. Lost Souls have dark green eyes. No one else has green eyes. Anyone found outside of the Forbidden Hills with green eyes is either banished or killed.) and they "disappear," a.k.a. flee to the Forbidden Hills to reunite with Dokusei. There is a way to cure them, but only a few are capable of it.

Dokusei is not exactly a Lost Soul. She isn't from the world she's now in... I'm not giving any spoilers about where she's really from.~

But like I said, she likes Nuclear, and they like her back. So, expect some ship~
