Líder Fosc, commonly known as just Fosc, is a fearsome gang leader. He and his gang of smugglers have been known to strike terror into the hearts of many. He never shows his full face to anyone, not even in his lion form.

He has shamelessly slaughtered millions, from the innocent to the guilty. He's not afraid to hurt anyone who stands in his way and will stop at nothing to get what he truly desires.

His real name isn't Líder Fosc or Fosc at all...it remains a mystery.
