"How did you plan our drunken marriage in Vegas?" Vaish finally asked the big question and the elders smiled slyly.

"We didn't exactly plan it, we just knew what was happening and we didn't stop it. We could have stopped you two at any point of time and it took every ounce of my patience to not do that." Vishal said and Abhay gulped when he received Vishal's infamous glare.

"Oh come on Vishal! Don't blame my son in law... Your Princess was equally involved. Vaish we are having a serious talk regarding your drinking habit after this." Smita gave Vaish a hard look and Vaish nodded obediently.

"She promised not to drink anymore. Don't worry maa!" Abhay said and Smita's eyes softened after hearing the word maa from him.

Abhay too was shocked because he didn't plan it. It came out from his mouth naturally. It was first time after his mother's death he used that word and so many memories came back to him.

Smita got up from her place and kissed his forehead in motherly manner and he too hugged her feeling her motherly love.

Everyone looked at them with softness in her eyes and Pooja's eyes almost watered. Vaish saw that and went near her and side hugged her realising her feelings in that moment. Pooja became surer of her decision of choosing Vaish for Abhay. She caressed Vaish's head in motherly manner and Vaish just smiled at that.

"Are we done with the emotional moment here? I'm too eager to know the rest of the story. Mom and dad didn't tell me the part about Vegas." Samay interrupted the moment and Vaish threw her slipper at him which he easily dodged.

Vishal and Smita shook their head at their children's antics while Pooja and Abhay laughed whole heartedly.

"So as I was saying we knew each and every action of you people. All thanks to that boy." Vishal said and Abhay and Vaish looked at him questioningly.

"Arjun. He is taking about Arjun." Pooja answered their question and their eyes widened.

"After Vaish completed her presentation, I and Arjun left the conference hall. I was very disappointed in you Abhay because once again you missed the chance to meet Vaish. So I called you and cut all the contacts with you and barred you from our business. Arjun has just gained the control of Shekhawati Heritage and wanted to meet you as he considered you a part of their family. He was there when I scolded you and knew that you would be emotional so he came to you to meet you and check on you."

"He saw you in the bar of the hotel and was coming to greet you when he saw you talking to Vaish. He was sitting nearby and knew what you were talking. He didn't interrupt you because he knew about Vaish, having heard about her from me. So, he was glad that finally you guys met."

"As soon as you guys left the club he followed you from a safe distance and messaged me about your whereabouts. I contacted Vaish's parents and from there on he reported all your activities to us. So we knew what all happened. I stopped him from intervening between you two because that was never our intention; we just wanted you guys to meet each other after that the decision was yours. We were sure that you guys will instantly click with each other and we were happy to see that our plan didn't go in vain." Pooja said and drank water.

"When you guys entered the chapel, Arjun heard what was happening and he immediately called Pooja ji asking her whether to stop you both or not. She contacted us. It was very tough for me to convince Vishal to not stop you because I knew that it was fate and may be that was the only way you guys will accept marriage. Also, we were sure about Abhay and knew that he will be the perfect partner for you. So, it was a yes from our side and therefore, Arjun didn't stop you both." Smita completed her story and both of them were shocked again.

So it was not entirely their family's plan but everything happened with their permission and that is the reason that Arjun knew every detail about that night because he was there all the time but they were so much into each other that they never noticed him.

"You know Abhay, that night some police officers were coming in your direction but Arjun stopped them and gave them wrong directions." Pooja said after sometime.

"He never told me that, I heard it when he accidentally called me while telling them to go away." She added.

"He collected your wedding certificate after you guys left and sent it to us. We were sure that you will call us in the morning telling us about what happened in the night. And we will accept you after scolding you but you people are so stubborn; you behaved like nothing happened. I was so excited to get your call that day after coming back from Vegas but you just told me about your project success and nothing else. I was disappointed that you can't share such an important detail of your life with us, Vaishali." Smita said the last sentence in a sad tone and Vaish now felt the guilt for hiding the truth.

"I'm sorry mom. But it was all so sudden and I didn't know how to tell you people that your daughter, whom you trusted so much, did something so reckless! I thought to finish my project first and then tell you the truth. Also, I was worried that you will tie me with Mr. Stranger as you were so eager to get me married. All those dates were too much!" Vaish puffed in annoyance.

"Oh baby! You are our daughter. We love you for what you are and we don't need a picture perfect daughter; we accept you with your success and failures, perfections and mistakes! So don't shy away from us ever." Smita said and Vaish felt so blessed to have such an understanding parents in her life.

"By the way I was proud of you when you clearly told me not to set you up on any dates; you were loyal to your marriage even though you didn't accept it." Smita said.

"Yes she is amazing, maa. Your daughter is a good friend, and amazing wife. She stood by me all the times I needed her and in past three months she changed me for better." Abhay said and Vishal and Smita felt proud of her.

"I was planning to give you another call and drop Abhay's name as a suggestion for software designer but Sanaa made it easier for us when she introduced him to you. Even unintentionally she helped us." Pooja said.

"Too fasten up the pace of your story, Arjun entered the scene and pretended to be Mr. Stranger so that Vaish accepts her marriage and to make Abhay jealous. He only had time till your presentation as he is going to London for next few months and wanted to make sure that you guys accept each other before that. So, that day he messaged Abhay in a provoking manner so that this idiotic nephew of mine finally gathers his courage and speaks truth in front of everyone." Pooja said and Abhay thought about Arjun and how he helped them both and made himself look bad in the process.

Arjun really was their guardian who has helped them so much without wanting anything in return. He really proved himself to be his brother, in every sense. He wished that just like he found his Fireball, Arjun too finds someone for himself.

"We bought you a house in the same society as Abhay because we wanted to ensure your safety in the new city which was only with Abhay. Your driver told me about all the times you went out with Abhay and I never questioned you about it because I trust my daughter and son." Vishal said and both of them were so happy to see the amount of trust he had in them.

"So now I hope all the confusions are clear and all the questions are answered?" Smita asked and both of them nodded with a smile.

"So we need to plan for a big, fat, Indian wedding!" Pooja said in an excited tone and Smita's eyes sparkled.

"Yes. I was waiting for it from such a long time! Finally my dream is coming true." Smita said and the ladies started planning the stuff and Vishal and Samay also started making lists of best designers and decorators.

"What say Fireball? Shall we run away again this time? Our parents are not going to leave any stone unturned for this wedding!" Abhay whispered while winking at her and Vaish just laughed at that.

"May be after we get our revenge from them! Some more drama and some more planning." Vaish said and this time Abhay laughed because he knew that life with her would be full of dramas and surprises.

And he was very much looking forward to it. To their future ahead. Planned or not they were going to be together forever.

This is how Arjun knew everything and yeah their marriage wasn't entirely planned but then the parents had full control over the situation, so the old folks really Planned everything perfectly and hide the truth well.
