Garfield 'Gar' Ross was born a completely normal guy. He was semi-athletic and semi-smart. Then, when he was eight, he fell in a vat of slightly toxic blue dye. It turned him completely blue, permanently. The toxic part has showed no effect on him - yet. He entered himself in the Super Hero Academy when he turned thirteen. He felt that he could pass for an alien and save people. He got through, surprisingly. His alias became Blue Kid.
