PERSONALITY
Arwen has a natural sense of idealism and morality, always putting others before herself and trying to come up with the best solution in a bad situation. But unlike other idealist she knows when her dreams are far fetched. When her dreams are possibly in reach she does what she can to take strong steps toward her goal. While being soft-spoken when provoked or passionate about something she can be very strong headed and will fight tirelessly for something she believes in. She believes nothing would benefit the world more than someone with a selfless and compassionate heart. But when others try to be compassionate to her she becomes closed off and keeps things in her personal life private.

BACKSTORY
Born into a family with a former assassin for a Father she was taught how to fight and wield weapons from a young age because of her Father paranoia that something would happen to his wife and first born. At age 3 her first siblings, Cooper Barton, was born. Two years after that Lila Barton was born. Then lastly at 13 her youngest sibling Nathaniel was born and her Father explained his job to her. Immediately interested Arwen begged for her father to take her to S.H.I.E.L.D. Every time he told her no but for her 16th birthday he surprised her by enrolling her into one of S.H.I.E.L.D's many academies. However her training there was interrupted when a certain God tried to take over New York.

Worried about her Father she rushed to the fighting scene trying to do what she could to help. During the battle she ran into her father under Loki's influence. They had to fight. She had lost. Forced to hide or die at the hands of her father she chose to hid. After the battle someone found her; thinking they were her father she attacked and ended up killing the old man. Scared for his daughters safety Clint put her under Tony and Bruce's watch.

While staying with them they were soon to realize she was showing signs of PTSD, anxiety, and paranoia. They ran some mental tests and found her having all three. Sometimes she has what the Avengers call 'episodes.' During these episodes she freaks out and believes she's back battling with her father. Sometimes it got so bad that they had to lock her up for both their safety and her own, much against Tony and Clint's dismay. Because if this she's often self conscious.

When meeting the Maximoff twins her episodes seemed to not last as long when they were around. Pietro helped to calm her and Wanda was able to look and to her mind and see what she needed. She grew very close to Pietro during his stay with the Avengers and their friendship turned into...something more.

During Ultron her heart stopped the moment she saw Pietro run in front of her Father. It started beating again when she realized he hasn't blocked the billets, but rather pulled them out of the line of fire.
