It's probably one of the best final forms in Kamen Rider history. 

In 2009, a new form for Ultimate was revealed.

It was Ultimate Rising. And honestly, it kinda doesn't look that great. There's too much gold imo.

Then, because SIC tackles every other obscure form...

We got SUPER RISING ULTIMATE!!!
