Handwritten - Percabeth Soulmate AU

Hello, my Blofis babies! (IDK) If you've read any similar AUs, I'm sorry. Anyways, I just came up with this Soulmate AU idea: girls's right hand moves just like their soulmate's right hand, and boy's left hand move like their soulmates left. It's weird for homosexual soulmates, since their hand wants to move two ways at the same time. (don't kill me) Anyways, this starts happening when they're thirteen. Enjoy, my Percababies! (what? Just a second ago you were Blofis babies)

Annabeth's POV:

While I was doing my Algebra 1 homework, my right hand dropped my pencil snd stuck it's middle finger up at me. I laughed to myself. My soulmate had written to me once, telling me we needed a sign to know when to pick up a pen. He decided on giving me the finger. With my own hand.

I knew my soulmate was a boy, and he knew I was a girl, but he refused to tell me what his name was until me met in person, even though I'd "known" him for almost five years now.

I picked my pen back up and took out a blank sheet of paper. My hand began to move.

Hey, he wrote. Um, since you're super smart and all, if f = -13·74, what is 38f - 69?

I laughed. I switched the pen to my left hand. Thank the gods I was ambidextrous.

I told him the answer. I put my pen back in my right hand and continued with my homework.

Question Seven: If f = -13·74, what is 38f - 69?

Oh my gods. We had the same homework. Did that mean we were in the same class? I had to find out at school.

*my little time skip, my little time skip, ah-ah-ah-ahhhh*

As I sat down in Algebra, I couldn't focus on my bellwork. This wasn't unusual, since I had ADHD, but usually my soulmate wasn't the reason. I had never really tried to figure out who he was. I figured we would meet someday by chance, since he was my soulmate. I was usually content with laughing at his childishness, whether it was drawing on his hand in class, writing my silly notes, or stuffing his face with cookies. I mean, seriously, sometimes I would find myself slapping myself in the mouth while I was trying to sleep.

I wonder who he is, I thought. I have to talk to him.

It could be Frank Zhang, the clusmy-but-huge jock of our class. He definitely had the intellect of my soulmate. Or mabye Jason Grace, who seemed to be the all-American boy. Or maybe even Leo Valdez, our pointy-faced class clown. I couldn't find him in class. Probably in ISS.

Suddenly, the door burst open. There was a rather handsome boy standing there, soaking wet. His sea-green eyes looked very distressed.

Mr. Brunner gave him a death glare. "Jackson! What is going on here?"

"I was running late," he panted. "And I ran by the pool. And- and I slipped and fell in!"

The class burst into laughter. Then the boy looked at me, and I recognized him as Percy Jackson. He was a the captain of the swim team, the Hippocampi, at our school. He should have been wildly popular, but he usually sat back and tried to disappear, especially in Algebra. He was honestly really cute and a lot of girls liked him, but he seemed like he didn't want the attention. Maybe he wanted to meet his soulmate before he took an interest in other girls.

Then something dawned on me. Maybe Percy was my soulmate! But I knew I was getting my hopes up. He was way out of my league. My soulmate was probably some ignorant, unromantic guy, like Octavian or something. I wasn't that lucky.

As I continued to work on my Algebra, I stuck up my left middle finger. I looked around the class, and there was Percy, flipping himself off. Oh my gods, it really was him. He didn't notice me looking at him. He picked up a blue pencil, and I wrote to him.

I found you, Percy.

He gasped when I finished writing. He looked around the classroom, mouth turned up in a grin, at all the pretty girls, and then the uglier ones. He looked disappointed and hung his head, his wet black hair hanging in his face. I waved my hand at him, and he waved back identically. He looked up and saw me.

I found my soulmate.

Hey, my Caleo babies! Did you like that? Please let me know if I should write a sequel in Percy's point of view! Even if you don't, I'll probably write one anyway. It won't be the next AU after this one, but the sooner you let ne know whether you want more or not, the sooner it will come. Anyway, please comment with feedback/constructive critisism/random fandom comments! Thanks! By the way, I will add media and stuff eventually. But let me do the writjng first, okay? Oh. My. Josh. I am so Dun. (with this chapter)
