Will and Nico have been in a relationship for 2 months. Today was the day Bianca passed away, so Nico grumpier and more fragile than usual. But Will didn't know that of course.

Will went to the infirmary for his morning shift and was surprised that Nico wasn't standing outside as usual.

It had become part of their morning routine. Nico greeted his boyfriend with a good morning kiss before his morning shift.

So, Will frowned at the absence of Nico and walked inside the infirmary.
After he was done with his shift he walked to the mess hall for breakfast.
He didn't see his boyfriend at the Hades table. So he ate his breakfast fast and grabbed a muffin for Nico.

Will went to the Hades cabin and walked inside. He saw Nico curled up in a fetal position on his bed. He was trembling and holding a picture.

His heart broke at the sight and he walked over and sat down next to Nico. When Will saw tears streaming from his boyfriend's eyes, he put his arm protectively around him. "Hey Neeks, It'll be alright sunshine." He stroked his hand through Nico's hair.

"Go away." Nico wiped his eyes and pushed Will's hand away

"I get that you miss her- " Will looked at Bianca's picture and understood why his boyfriend was in a bad mood.

" -No you don't." Nico sat up abruptly, his eyes red with anger.

"I know I don't, I'm sorry ba- " He got cut off by Nico.

"GO . AWAY ."

"Ok, you know what, All I'm trying to do is talk to you. It's my duty as your boyfriend to make sure you're alright." Will exclaimed, his face red.

"Oh yeah!? Well you're not making me feel any better. In fact you're just making me feel worse"

"Well, I can't help if you don't tell me why you're not ok."

"Just Shut up SOLACE!"

"GO TO HELL NICO!" Will yelled out of frustration and immediately regretted what he said.

Nico's brown eyes glistened with tears and he disappeared into the shadows.

"Neeks! NO! I didn't mean it. I'm sorry!
I'm sorry! Please come back!"
Will crumbled to the floor and pulled at his hair in frustration. When he turned his head, he saw Hazel standing at the door with a suitcase, and she looked like she was ready to murder.

"I think it's too late for that Solace." Hazel said angrily

"Hazel! What are you doing here?"

"I came to here since I know that it's hard for Nico on this day? It's Bianca's death anniversary. He loved her like crazy, everyone knows that.....You're his boyfriend and you should've known that better than anybody else"
Hazel said very disappointed.

"I'm such an idiot. I didn't know that it was today. Ugh! I must be the worst boyfriend in the world. Hazel I know that you must hate me right now. But you're the only one who can help me right now. Can you shadow travel?"

"It's not my strong suit. I can bring him back but I don't have the energy to take you with me." Hazel answered

"Thankyou so much- "

" -Listen up pretty boy, I'm not doing this for you. I'm doing it because he's my brother. Capiche?"

"Okay." Will sighed. Hazel could be scary sometimes.

Hazel faded into the shadows and appeared in the Tartarus. She knew exactly where her older brother would be. She saw Nico holding his knees and sobbing his eyes out.

Hazel knelt down next to Nico and put her arm around him. "Nico, look at me"

Nico obeyed his little sister. His vision was blurred with tears. He turned towards her and wiped his eyes with his sleeve.

"I love you and can't bear to see you like this."

"You're the only one who who feels that way Haze. Otherwise I'm just a waste of space. I don't belong anywhere." He laughed bitterly with a single tear rolling down his cheek.

"No, you're not. Plus, I'm not the only one who loves and cares about you. You have Will, Frank, Jason, Piper, Leo, Annabeth, Percy, Reyna, Thalia and a never-ending list of people."

"Will." He said like he'd seen a ghost. "He could never actually love me. I'm just a burden. I'm never pleasant to him and I'm sure he's sick of me already."

"Neeks, Will loves you, and besides you're never pleasant to anyone." Hazel grinned, playfully nudging Nico.

Nico smiled and rolled his eyes.

The Hades siblings walked to their cabin, arm in arm. Hazel stopped and said "I'm gonna go catch up with the others. I'll see you at dinner."

Nico sighed and walked in to see Will holding a small bundle of lilies and a small poster with some words sloppily painted on 'Forgive me?'.

The son of Hades plastered on a crooked smile and attacked the blonde with a hug, tackling him to the floor.

"So does that mean you forgive me?" Will asked, trying to sit up.

"Yes idiot." Nico answered and adjusted his position so that he was comfortably seated on his boyfriend's lap.

Will smiled. He grabbed Nico's face and kissed him on his lips.

Nico was shocked at the sudden movement but he smiled into the kiss and mumbled 'dork' against Will's lips.
