"Leo! Are you in here?" Percy opened the door to bunker 9 and immediately shouted for Leo.

He saw Calypso earlier talking with Katie and Miranda, they'd been discussing techniques on taking care of plants so Percy figured this was his chance to talk to Leo without the awkwardness coming off of Calypso and Percy in waves.

"Back here!" Leo's voice was coming behind a couple shelves. Percy made his way there, careful not to step on anything littered on the floor.

"Leo. Don't you guys clean?" Ironic, coming from him.

Leo chuckled, "Yeah. Usually. But I made a mess again."

Percy leaned on the wall and watched Leo work on whatever he was doing. "Right. Well, I wanted to wish you luck."

"Thanks."

"And I'm glad you found Calypso. She couldn't have ended up with anyone better." Percy had wanted to tell him this for a whole but never got around to it. And when everyone thought he was dead, he thought he'd never get the chance. But here he was, not dead and with Calypso.

Leo paused on what he was doing and looked up at him, "Thanks."

"I don't think anyone else from her past could be as great with her as-"

Leo stood up and shook his head, "I get it, Percy. Thank you."

"I men it." Percy knew that Leo was seeing his regret in his eyes. The regret from not checking to make sure the gods let her go and instead leaving her forgotten.

Leo nodded, "I know."

Percy nodded in return and turned to go but Leo called him back, "Now that you're here, might as well help me right? A good luck gift before I head off with Apollo and my girlfriend? I could die, y'know."

Percy smiled, "You? Die? I don't believe that."

"So wanna help to make sure of that?"

"I don't know how to do any of that man."

"I'll teach you something simple or you can just hand me the tools when I need them."

Percy stepped back to where he was. "Alright. I'll bite."
