Zoë Nightshade Angst
Will didn't know why, but Nico was fascinated by the sun, the stars, and the planets. He would find songs Nico wrote about a little kid pondering about the planets, poems upon poems titled after each one, from the lonely Pluto to the all-seeing Jupiter.
He would play some piano music and write until his heart was content, his fingers ached, and the pieces were done.
Will found out why Nico did this when he started making bracelets dedicated to Zoë Nightshade, each one having rocks of amber, sapphire, amethyst, even a few pieces of garnet, the precious gems woven carefully into the thread. When he confronted his ghostly prince about this, Nico told him the story of Bianca di Angelo, his sister, her sacrifice, and what became of the two hunters of Artemis.
Years later, a teenager of about 17 pulled out a dusty, worn book with a star-filled cover, decorated with gemstones that reminded him of the sky and the planets. When he asked his grandfathers about the book and it's poems inside, one of them beckoned the young boy over.
"James," one of them began, his eyes worn and tired. "It's time I told you of my sister and one of her friends, Zoë." He looked at his husband, who nodded encouragingly. "And how their fate led them to the sky."
