At dinner, they got seated and ordered their drinks, when they heard "Oh my Gods Percy of course!" They both walked over two sections and sure enough, Percy held Annabeths left hand, and slipped a ring on it.

Frank was happy for them, but also slightly disappointed. HE wanted to be the one proposing tonight.
