Piper's POV (Also, this an AU, so yeah)
I stepped into the classroom, my binder in my arms. Well, it was more like dragging me to the ground. I think that keeping everything in my binder was a BAD idea. I shuffled into the classroom and plopped down on a desk that was in the front corner of the room. I didn't even care, my arms were too tired. I mean, usually I sit in the back of the room and- WOAH. Back on track, ADHD mind. Anyway, I looked up at the teacher. His name was written on the board, u Dr. Bolden. Huh. Anywho, I glanced around the room and saw some familiar faces and some new ones. Annabeth, Percy, some brown haired kid, Hazel, Frank, Leo, and some blonde. He was pretty attractive, and he was staring at me. I mean, I'm no Aphrodite, but I'm pretty good when it comes to love. I got Percy and Annabeth together, and Hazel and Frank.
"Okay, class, listen up," the teacher began, walking in front of his desk. At this, the entire class straightened up, including me. Dr. Bolden was pretty intimidating. "As you may notice, I am your History teacher, Dr. Bolden. You will listen and do your homework. You will pay attention during my lectures and take notes. You will study for tests and do your best. If you do all of these things, you may pass. Now, onto today's lecture. We will be studying Ancient Greek Mythology for this month. To begin, I have a pre-test I will hand out to you now." He held up a stack of white paper with writing on it. "You may begin when you get your test."
I got the test first, as I was in the front of the room. And I was confident in this test. Not to brag, but my mother was huge into Greek Mythology. I looked at the first question. But before I could read it, I was stopped by somebody tapping on my shoulder from behind. I turned around and saw that blonde kid. Just looking at him made me feel really awkward, but I could talk. As I said, I'm pretty good when it comes to love. And let me just say, he definitely was worth my crush. "What is it?" I asked.
"I need a pencil," he said. His cheeks went a little rosy and I smiled at him.
"Of course," I said. I grabbed my pencil pouch and handed him a pencil. "Here," I said.
"Be quiet, blondey and brunette! We don't need two love birds ruining the testing environment," Dr. Bolden yelled, making the blonde kid and I blush like crazy.
I turned back to my test and looked back at the first question. Easy, I thought. I answered it in seconds and did the same with the rest of the test. I stood up and placed the test on the desk. Annabeth followed suit. Her mother was into Greek Mythology, too.
"Well, look who's done early," he said, "Let's see how you two did." He looked through our tests and looked back at us, shocked, when he was done. "Perfect scores, well done Miss Chase and Miss McLean."
"Thank you, Mr. Bolden," I smiled.
"It is doctor, Miss McLean, DOCTOR," he exploded. That freaked me out.
"Yes, Dr. Bolden," I said. Annabeth and I quickly returned back to our seats.
After a painfully long and boring rest of class, it was finally over along with the school day. I picked up my stuff and shuffled out the door as fast as I could out the door. However, the blonde kid quickly caught up to me. "Hello, Miss McLean," he said, acting all formal, making me giggle.
"Please, call me Piper," I said.
"Good, Pipes it is," he smiled, "I'm Jason Grace."
"Good to know," I said. At that moment, my arms gave out and my binder flopped to the floor. I cursed and went to pick them up, but Jason already had.
"I'll carry it, Pipes," he smiled, "Where's your locker?"
"204," I replied.
"Great, I'm 207," he said. We walked down the hall to our lockers. He handed me my binder after I opened my locker. I threw it into my backpack and slung my backpack over my shoulder.
"Bye Jason," I said, starting off.
"Wait! Pipes!" He called out, running after me.
"What?" I asked.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, a little nervous.
"Of course," I quickly replied. I kissed him and walked off, feeling his shock, and I know I had done right.
