Today's a big day.

Piper's showing her very first apartment as a licensed realtor. And on top of that she has the chance to make a very nice commission.

The apartment is a loft in one of California's nicest neighborhood, and the tenants, that were also Piper's friend, have left for the day. They're three guys in their mid twenties. All a little older than her.

But Jason, one of the three, Piper thought he was absolutely gorgeous. He's tall, blonde hair and blue eyes that were framed with glasses.

Just Piper's type.

But she took her mind off of Jason and focused on this deal.

Piper scanned the living room and kitchen and makes sure everything is perfect. Then she quickly checks the bedrooms. She opens a door and shrieks in surprise.

Jason's here. Sitting at his desk with his headphones over his ears.

And he's just wearing a towel.

"Oh my god!" he exclaims

He nearly falls out of his chair when he's startled by her, almost showing what's underneath, he quickly scrambles to his feet.

His hair is still damp from his shower. She watches as a water droplet slide down from his hair, down to his neck and then down his chest. Piper realized that she's been staring, creepily, and swallows thickly, hoping he didn't notice. But by the flustered expression on his face, he probably did.

"Uhm, what are you doing here?" She asks

"Me? I live here" he answers "What are you doing here?"

"I'm showing your apartment today" Piper says with furrowed eyebrows "Didn't Percy and Leo tell you?"

He shakes his head.

"Well, you need to leave" she say guiltily "My showing is in half an hour"

"Where am I supposed to go then?"

Piper shrugged "A coffee place, the movie theatre, doesn't matter, just as long as your not here"

"But-"

What cut him off was the apartment buzzer.

"Crap" She mutter under her breath.

She ran to it and press the intercom "Hello?"

"Hi," a woman's voice answered "we're here for the showing"

She glances back at Jason, not knowing what to do. "Okay! Just give me a second please"

"Actually, it's cold" the woman says "Can we come in now?"

"Of course, I'll buzz you in now" She says as she buzzes her in.

"So what do you want me to do now?" Jason asks making Piper turn towards him.

"Put some clothes on," she takes this as an excuse to check him out again, still in the towel "and stay in your room!"

"Ok" he nodded "I can do that"

There's a knock on the door and he ducks back into his room. Piper opened the front door and there standing in front of her is the woman and a guy, possibly her husband. They're both middle aged and snotty looking.

"Let's get this moving" the guy said in a conceited way and adjusted his tie "I have a meeting in an hour"

"Sure," Piper nodded, stepping to the side and "Come on in"

The couple walked past her and into the space.

"This is the living room" Piper said as she followed them.

"You can spare us the sales pitch." The woman said to her as she huffed "We have eyes"

All Piper did was nod.

The man turned to her "What is the-"

He was cut off by a coughing noise coming from Jason's room.

The woman raised her eyebrows "Who's in there?"

Before she could respond, Jason opened the door and entered the living room.

"Yeah, sorry about me" Jason remarked "I live here, I'm Jason. I didn't know I was supposed to be here, but you should definitely check this place out. It's great"

Piper turned to the man. He had an expression that she couldn't quite read. "Well, we've seen enough, come on, dear"

Piper turned to his wife. She wasn't listening, instead, she was eyeing Jason hungrily. She couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy in her chest. He runs a hand through his tousled, blonde hair and flashes her a smile. She blinks and her face turns crimson.

"Honey, we need to get going" Her husband states again

"What?" She takes her eyes off Jason and turns to her husband "Oh, yes, we're done here"

"I can follow up if I don't here from you" Piper said as she walked them out.

"No need, goodbye" The man stated as he didn't even bother to look at her.

She sighed and sat on the couch. "I can't believe that just happened" Piper shook her head in her hands "That was a complete disaster"

"Need a drink?" Jason sat down next to her

She shook her head and smiled at him halfheartedly. She then realizes the position she was in, how close her and Jason's body was on this couch.

"I'm so sorry" Jason looked at her guilty "Today was my fault"

"Of the three roommates, it had to be you" Piper took her head out of her hands and looked at him

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Because...I- you know "

"No," Jason furrowed his eyebrows "I don't know"

"Come on, don't make me say it"

"Say what?" Jason asked "I honestly have no idea what you're talking about"

Piper fought the urge to roll her eyes at him, he's just so dense sometimes.

"I like you okay?!" She exclaimed.

Dug a hole, might as well jump in it.

"Oh god, that felt good to get it off my chest"

He looks at her in shock for a spilt second, but then started to grin. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

She gets up from the couch and is about to walk out the door "You know what? Never mind, I'm just gonna go"

"No! Wait!" Jason jumps up and gently grabs her wrist before she could move.

"I'm smiling because I've had a crush on you since we've met"

Piper mouth opens in surprise. "Really?"

"Really" He moves in closer

She starts to smile and put her hands on his chest. Piper leans in and kisses him. She feels his arms wrap around her and bring her closer. Not breaking the kiss, he sits on the couch, pulling her on his lap.

Guess she closed the deal today after all.
