it's the middle of the summer and so far, youngjae hasn't done anything except for going to visit his parents in mokpo. very exciting. and of course, most of his time is spent thinking about jaebum who he wants to be with so bad. but jaebum's not here so to pass time, youngjae has decided to become a matchmaker. for jinyoung and jackson, who shockingly knows about jinyoung's crush on him, as well as for yugyeom. the taller had reached him a few days prior and asked the older to find a boyfriend for him. and youngjae, being the good friend that he is, had agreed.

yes, he really has nothing else to do.

"you already know? why don't you do something then?" youngjae asks, frowning as the two boys are hanging out at the older's house.

"i want to see if he's gonna have the balls to confess first. and if he doesn't, then i'll make my move," jackson explains, lazily going through the tv channels.

"it's funny how he thinks nobody knows that he likes you. it's so obvious," the younger chuckles, jackson joining him.

"that's a charm of his. he'll be mine soon don't worry," the older says, winking at youngjae.

the younger nods, knowing jackson means what he's saying. when jackson wang says, jackson wang does. the latter suddenly remembers about yugyeom and decides to go into action.

"remember that kid you told me about? the skinny one with super long legs?" he asks jackson who looks at him with a raised eyebrow.

"who? kunpimook? what about him?"

"is he seeing anyone right now?"

"i can't believe you convinced me to go on a blind date."

youngjae smirks as he helps yugyeom getting ready for the date he set him up for with jackson's help. the younger was a bit reluctant at first but afer some more convincing, here he was.

"it's different and scary, i know but everything will be great. i heard he's a really nice guy," youngjae reassures.

"sure but what if he's in fact a serial killer and i'm gonna be his next victim?"

youngjae gives him a "what the fuck bro?" look before grabbing him by the shoulders and holding him tight.

"listen, you're gonna go there and get yourself a nice boyfriend, okay? and if it doesn't work out, it's still okay! you can do it!" youngjae exclaims with a smile.

"you really think so? but what if he doesn't show up?" the tall boy pouts cutely.

"trust me, he will. come on, you're going to be late. have some confidence and get some dick!"

"hyung!"

a few hours later, youngjae receives a phone call from yugyeom and smiles widely as he picks it up.

"so? how did it go?" he asks curiously.

"good. we talked and talked and laughed and he's really cute, hyung. and i think he wants to see me again," yugyeom excitedly explains.

youngjae mentally congratulates himself before replying,

"i'm glad it worked out! told you were getting that dick!"

"boy, bye."
