"baby, you have to wake up now," a sweet voice whispers into his ear.

youngjae groans and snuggles up further into his blanket. jaebum chuckles slightly and kisses his shoulder while caressing his sides.

"i don't want to," the younger mumbles.

"i guess i don't have a choice then," jaebum says.

before youngjae can process what is happening, jaebum picks him up bridal style and heads to the bathroom, ignoring youngjae who squirms with a laugh. the older puts his boyfriend down and looks at him in the mirror with a gentle smile. the younger whines and leans on jaebum, circling his arms around the other's slim waist.

"we have to shower and brush our teeth," jaebum cards his fingers through his messy hair.

"fine," youngjae sighs.

they brush their teeth together, sharing glances in the mirror and unable to stop smiling. when they finish, youngjae decides to shower first. jaebum nods and leaves the bathroom, letting youngjae shower. ten minutes later, he gets out of the bathroom and tells jaebum he can take his shower. youngjae gets dressed and goes into the kitchen to cook them breakfast. he settles on making toasts and scrambled eggs. he hums quietly to himself as he cooks.

"smells good in here," jaebum says with a smile.

youngjae glances at him with a smile as he finishes cooking. the older circles his arms around his shoulders and whispers into his ear,

"wanna grab a coffee before going to class?"

"yes, i could use some caffeine," youngjae nods with a smile.

"great," his boyfriend says, pecking his cheek.

they quickly eat and leave youngjae's apartment to head to a café not too far from youngjae's college so they take time. they sit next to each other by the windows and enjoy the nice smell of coffee. youngjae sighs happily as he takes a sip of his coffee, leaning against jaebum.

"it's a nice day today, don't you think?" he asks, looking up at jaebum.

"it is," jaebum nods, placing a kiss on youngjae's forehead.

the latter smiles at the display of attention and looks through the window, squinting his eyes a bit because of the sun.

"we should go now, you're going to be late," jaebum informs after checking the time on his watch.

the younger nods and hand in hand, they go to jaebum's car and get in. the ride to the college is short and in ten minutes, they're in front of the building.

"i have classes until one. we can have lunch together?" youngjae offers as he's about to get off.

"yep, i'll pick you up," jaebum leans in to kiss youngjae's mouth. "see you later baby," he pecks his lips once again before letting youngjae get off.

the younger waves at him with a smile and watches his car drive off before going to class. the day goes by quickly. nothing major happens. yugyeom complains about the fact that he is single and needs a boyfriend as they make their way to the entrance.

"you'll find someone, gyeomie! don't lose hope!" he reassures the younger with a smile.

"easy to say, you found yourself a nice boyfriend," the taller pouts cutely.

"and you will too! you're cute, tall, you dance like a king and you're handsome, you'll find someone for sure!"

yugyeom seems to feel better at his words, face prettily tinted red. youngjae spot jaebum's car in the parking lot and turns to yugyeom.

"i have to go! do you have more classes today?"

"no, i'm free. why?" yugyeom tilts his head to the side.

"let's hang out at my place?" youngjae suggests.

the bright smile and the eager nod he receives is enough of an answer and he smiles at yugyeom.

"i'll call you, okay? bye gyeomie!"

"okay! bye hyung!"

they wave at each other as he gets in jaebum's car. he pecks the older's cheek with a smile, happy to see him although it's been a few hours.

his happiness is about to get cut short.
